- Is disposal in the price, or billed separately at cost?
- Who supplies and swaps the bins?
- Does it cover making good — capping services, leaving a safe edge, sweeping up?
- Are permits and service disconnections included or yours to arrange?
- What happens if asbestos is found mid-job?

Ask for the assumptions
A quote is only as good as what it assumed about access, volume and what is behind the walls. Ask what happens if those assumptions turn out to be wrong.
